COVID News Updates from the HR Manager Desk

As information with the coronavirus continues to evolve, please know that IRL has taken a proactive approach to protect our staff, students, clients, and members of our local communities. We will continue to seek guidance from the Center for Disease Control, our local health departments and follow all state and federal mandates. Here are the most recent updates:

COVID-19 Reporting

If you test positive for COVID-19, please contact an HR team representative immediately at hrteam@tesidea.com

Vaccination Documentation

If you are fully vaccinated, please make sure to upload your vaccination card through Clue in Paycom. Below are the instructions. 

Steps to Add Proof of Vaccination in Paycom

  1. Navigate to Information > Clue and tap "Update Status" from the Vaccination Status tile
  2. On the Update Status screen, select “Yes, I have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination”, then click “Next”
  3. Enter the Vaccination details and click "Next"
  4. Tap "Upload a File" and upload a picture of the vaccination card
  5. When finished, employees will review the acknowledgment and tap "Submit."

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do I do if I test positive for COVID?
Refer to the COVID Isolation Protocol located in the COVID Updates & Information section of this page.

Q: Do I have to quarantine if I'm traveling?
No!  Regardless of vaccination status, you will not be required to quarantine upon your return.  As long as you remain symptom-free; however, should you begin to experience any illness, we are asking you to not report to work and contact the HR Department at hrteam@tesidea.com.

Q: What if I've been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID?
Regardless of vaccination status, you will not be required to quarantine as long as you are symptom-free. You will be required to mask for 10-days from the exposure date. You will need to take a COVID test on day five (5) or later.

Did you know if you are a member of United Health Insurance and you purchased an over-the-counter at-home COVID-19 test, you can submit a claim to get reimbursement? You will need your receipt and member ID card.

The Institute for the Redesign of Learning is committed to keeping ourselves and our families we serve safe and healthy. We have put in place several guidelines, purchased masks for all employees, offer hand sanitizer at every location, and are enforcing a strict no working while sick policy.
